How do you install the window tint?

The first step to installing the window film is evaluating your individual needs along with our professional recommendation and free consultation. We ensure the area is clear of any objects to have a safe working environment and lay down material to protect your home from water and tools during the installation. Finally, we apply the window film from the inside of your home using all natural, chemical free water-based solution.

How do I care for tinted windows after installation?

We recommend waiting a few days before cleaning. Use a soft cloth or squeegee with non-abrasive cleaners to maintain clarity and longevity

Is there additional cost savings or tax credits for installing window film on my house?

Yes, you can receive a federal tax credit for installing qualifying energy-efficient window film on your primary residence in Utah. There are currently no active state-specific tax credits for window tinting in Utah, but you may be eligible for separate utility rebates. Utah’s Energy Efficiency Incentives expires December 31st 2025. While the Utah state tax credit program for home energy rebates is currently paused, local utility companies may offer separate rebate programs for installing energy-efficient windows or film. 

  • For instance, Dominion Energy and Rocky Mountain Power may offer per-square-foot rebates for windows that meet specific U-values (a measure of heat loss).

  • You can typically combine these utility rebates with the federal tax credit for maximum savings, but always check the specific rules of each program. 

It is recommended to check the product's eligibility with the manufacturer and consult a tax professional for personalized advice.
